The Earl Apartments Are Pet-Friendly!
Do you own a dog? If so, you’ll love that our Gainesville apartments are pet-friendly and allow both dogs and cats! We also have an on-site dog park that is the perfect place to meet your neighbors and allow your dog to play and get energy out.
Our Pet Policy and Pet Fees
- Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
- No Weight Restrictions
- We will collect NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEES (not deposits) in the amount of $250 per pet at move in (subject to change dependent on market)
- We will collect monthly pet rent in the amount of $30 per pet (subject to change dependent on market)
Dog Documentation Policy
ALL dogs will require the following documentation to be authorized to live on site:
- Updated vaccination records required by State/Local Law
- Letter from vet stating pet does not display aggressive behavior
- Pet interview required with on-site team
- Photo of pet in resident file
